Flush Mounted Round Floor Box, One Telephone jack, 1 combo screw plug, Brass

The Lew Electric 812-DFB W/524 is a UL/cUL listed cast iron floor box with round brass cover. At the center of the cover is a 2″ / 1/2″ combination threaded plug. A UL listed telephone jack is included (see part number 40201-001). The unit is designed for flush installation in a wood floor. Installation in carpet or tile floors is also possible with the addition of a flange (see links below). The cast iron box has both 1/2″ and 3/4″ threaded conduit openings.
