Description
The Lew Electric PUFP-SQ-BR is a pop-up floor box assembly with a 4 3/4″ square brass cover and stamped steel box. It is designed for installations where a wall box is not practical or convenient and is specifically designed for subfloor applications. When in the closed position, the UL listed, tamper resistant outlet (receptacle) is hidden under the floor. When power is needed, simply pull the spring-loaded tab and the top raises up. The integrated decora style duplex outlet (receptacle) is 15 AMP (TR) and has a quick connector terminal block attached to it for fast and easy wiring. The pop up features an IP44 water rating and is splash rated. There is also a gasket under the bezel to prevent water intrusion from underneath the cover.
The Lew Electric PUFP-SQ-BR is ETL listed for USA and Canada installations and conforms to UL standard #498:2017 Ed.16+R:31May2023) and CSA #C22.2#42
